CLEAR MATH

Disclaimer

Using CLEAR MATH: scope, examples and practical limitations.

Worked mathematics

A result is meaningful only for the stated inputs, units and assumptions. Worked examples explain a method and are not a certification of a real engineering, financial or safety calculation. Check rounding, denominator restrictions and the original problem before using a result elsewhere.

Examples and references

Articles, worksheets, illustrations and tool outputs are general learning material. Worked examples show their stated assumptions; they do not describe a performed product test, laboratory trial or individual assessment unless a page explicitly says so. Apply an example only after checking the facts relevant to your situation. External references identify independent sources and do not imply those organisations endorse this journal.

Changes and corrections

Check the publication context and any current primary instructions before acting on a detail that may have changed. We aim to correct identified errors, but cannot promise that every example suits every situation or that an external page will remain available. Send a correction or contact the publisher with the page address, the statement at issue and a supporting primary reference where available.

Privacy and your rights

The privacy notice explains browser storage, interactive features and planned advertising. This page describes the publication's scope; it does not remove rights or protections that apply under law. Specific safety instructions, permissions and qualifications remain alongside the relevant content.
